Scope
These terms apply to all services provided by COSEDA STUDIO, including memberships, courses, shop and gift cards.
Membership
Membership Agreement
Membership begins upon payment and lasts according to the chosen membership type. You receive access to the workshop according to the membership terms.
Payment
Membership fees are paid in advance. Upon renewal, membership is automatically renewed unless cancelled.
Cancellation
You can cancel your membership at any time by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. No refund is given for the remaining period upon cancellation.
Obligations
As a member, you commit to following workshop rules, treating equipment with respect and cleaning up after yourself. Misuse may result in suspension or termination of membership.
Courses
Course Booking
Your spot is reserved. The invoice will be sent to you separately.
Payment
The course fee is invoiced. You will receive the invoice separately by email.
Cancellation
Cancellation can be made at least 7 days before course start for full refund. For cancellations less than 7 days before course start, 50% refund is given. For no-show, no refund is given.
Liability
Participants participate at their own risk. COSEDA STUDIO is not liable for damages or accidents during the course, except in cases of gross negligence.
Photos and Video Recordings
During our courses, photos and videos of participants and their work may be taken for use on our social media channels (e.g. Instagram, Facebook) and for other marketing purposes. By booking a course, you grant COSEDA STUDIO permission to publish such recordings. Your consent is voluntary and does not affect your participation in the course. If you do not wish to appear in photos or videos, please inform us by email at hei@coseda.no before the course begins, or directly at the start of the course. We respect your wishes and will ensure that you are not identifiably depicted. Published photos and videos containing personal data are handled in accordance with our privacy policy. You may request the removal of your image at any time by email.
Shop
Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is entered into upon ordering and is binding upon payment confirmation.
Prices
All prices are in Norwegian kroner including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices, but prices already ordered remain unchanged.
Delivery
Delivery times vary depending on product. Exact delivery times are provided upon ordering. For delays outside our control, we are not responsible.
Return and Refund
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal according to consumer purchase law. Products must be returned in original packaging and unused condition. Return costs are covered by the buyer for right of withdrawal.
Warranty
All products have a 2-year right of complaint according to consumer purchase law. The warranty covers manufacturing defects, not wear or damage caused by misuse.
Gift Cards
Validity
Gift cards are valid for 2 years from purchase date. After expiration, the gift card cannot be used.
Usage
Gift cards can be used for all services and products in the shop. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Refund
Gift cards cannot be refunded, except according to consumer purchase law.
Liability
COSEDA STUDIO is not liable for damages or losses, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional damage.

Final Provisions
Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms. Changes will be published on this page.
Applicable Law
These terms are subject to Norwegian law.
Disputes
Any disputes should be resolved through negotiation. In case of no agreement, Norwegian law applies.
